The CHCC Mobile Clinic is a fully functional primary care clinic with the same medical equipment you would find in any other clinic. The Mobile Clinic aims to increase community access to preventative health services and link patients to our healthcare system at CHCC.

Provider visits are based on a first come, first serve and on their availability. The Mobile Clinic monthly schedule is posted at various public locations across the island and may be accessed on www.chcc.health. Public, military and most private insurances are accepted!
