The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation is approximately 160,220 square feet and was built in the year 1986 to serve a population of about 16,780. The CHCC is now serving a population of over 53,000. In 1996, The Dr. Jose T. Villagomez Center for Public Health & Dialysis was extended, adding approximately 58,540.92 square feet to the faciity and made operational in February 2007 to relocate some outpatient services, including hemodialyisis and the outpatient clinics.
