Provides mental health treatment and support services for individuals (and their families), ages 0 to 21 years old, who are experiencing mental health and emotional challenges or may be at risk of developing such challenges.

Individual/Family Therapy
A collaborative effort between the counselor and young person (and their family) aimed at achieving mental health, wellness, education, and career goals. This approach is dedicated to helping individuals change specific behaviors. The provider will work with the young person to try and strengthen positive behaviors and address undesirable ones. Behavioral counseling/therapy can be provided as a lone service or as part of Wraparound.

Behavioral Health Skills Training
An intervention aimed at teaching specific skills to cope with and manage mental health and emotional challenges. Individuals learn and practice strategies to boost their mental wellness, improve interpersonal relationships and address challenging behaviors. Common focus areas include: emotion regulation, social skills, problem-solving skills, coping skills, etcetera. Behavioral Health Skills Training may be offered independently or as part of Wraparound.

Wraparound Care Coordination
A team-based intervention aimed to assist an individual and their family by using a strengths-based and needs-driven approach. A Wraparound Team is comprised of individuals from four sectors that include family, natural supports, community, and system providers.

Wraparound-Informed Care Coordination
A collaborative intervention aimed to assist an individual and their family by using a strengths-based and goal-oriented approach. The collaboration may include individuals from two of the four sectors which are: family, natural supports, community and system providers. Wraparound-Informed Care differs from Wraparound Care primarily in its less structured approach, service duration and extent of involvement from team members.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
An evidence-based program that teaches individuals to safely and responsibly identify and address warning signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge in youth. The training is a knowledge and skills building course that takes 7-8 hours to complete. The course is currently available in both the in-person and blended format.

Natural Helpers
A peer helping program that is implemented in the school setting. Natural Helpers are selected through a survey of their peers and are invited to participate in a series of trainings. Natural Helpers are trained with helping and listening skills so that they may connect vulnerable peers to trusted adults and other appropriate resources. They are recognized amongst their peers as natural leaders and natural supports as they are trained to become expert listeners and provide appropriate support.

Family Peer Support
A trauma-responsive support group model based on evidence-informed modalities that have been replicated in diverse communities worldwide. System of Care Program offers Group Peer Support sessions for parents of consumers with severe emotional challenges / mental illness.

Community Outreach and Education
Community engagement to disseminate information, raise awareness, and provide education resources on mental health topics. This proactive approach aims to empower community members and foster positive change within the community through educational presentations, exhibits, and informational campaigns.
