The CHCC FOUNDATION is an independent, CNMI nonprofit corporation recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

VISION

The vision of the Foundation is to be a prominent financial source for the CHCC to deliver high quality Public Health and health care services to all people of the CNMI regardless of an individual's ability to pay.

MISSION

The mission of the Foundation is to support the continued improvement of health of the people of the CNMI through philanthropic innovation and charitable resources for the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation.

PHILOSOPHY

The Foundation is guided by five(5) priorities:

F - Fundraising to develop healthcare capacity, commitments, and connections

U - Understanding the Public Health and healthcare needs of the CNMI

N - Necessary/critical health services must be met

D - Develop healthcare services in the CNMI that improve the health of our populations

S - Support healthcare opportunities for all people in the CNMI regardless of income, education, sex, race, ethnicity, political affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, faith/religion

Board of Directors

The CHCC Foundation operates under the direction and guidance of a separate board of directors and is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including for such purposes, the raising and distribution of donated funds to the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) and other health-care related organizations under ยง 501(c)(3) of the Northern Marianas Territorial Income Tax Code (or the corresponding section of any future amended section of the Code) as the Board of Directors may determine from time to time.
