Communicable Disease Data/Immunization Information System (IIS)

Monitors the spread of infectious diseases like flu, TB, and COVID-19 to inform prevention, response, and public health planning.

IIS provides aggregate data on vaccinations for use in surveillance and program operations, and in guiding public health action with the goals of improving vaccination rates and reducing vaccine-preventable disease.

CHA/CHIP

Identifies the community’s health needs and priorities and guides actions to improve health outcomes across the CNMI.

MCH Data

Tracks the health of mothers, infants, and children to support programs that improve birth outcomes and child development.

NCD Data

Collects and analyzes information on chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer to guide prevention and health programs.

PRAMS

Surveys mothers about their experiences before, during, and after pregnancy to improve maternal and infant health services.

BRFSS

Surveys residents regarding health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, health-care access, and use of preventative services to improve public health services.
