  • What are the work hours for the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation?

    CHCC operates 24/7 for emergency services, while other departments, such as outpatient clinics, typically operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. For specific department hours, please visit our Medical Services page. For more information, you can contact us at 670-234-8950

  • Stay informed about health programs, clinics, and community events by checking our CHCC Calendar

  • To request your medical records, you need to submit a written request to the Medical Records Department. You can download the "Authorization to Release Medical Information" form from the CHCC website, complete it, and ensure it's signed by you or your legal representative. Duplication fees may apply and must be paid in advance. For assistance, contact the Medical Records office at (670) 236-8356 during regular business hours.

  • The Immunization Program aims to prevent vaccine-preventable diseases by increasing and maintaining high immunization coverage. Services include vaccinations, temporary health certificates, community outreach and education, and enforcement of public health laws. The program operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the CHCC Main Campus - Public Health. For more information, call (670) 236-8745 or email immunization@chcc.health.

  • The CHCC Outpatient Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Located at the CHCC Main Campus, the pharmacy dispenses prescription drugs for outpatient use and offers over-the-counter medications and health products. For inquiries, call (670) 236-8798.
