The CHCC Operating Department staff is comprised of highly trained surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses that provide safe and competent surgical procedures to the people of the CNMI. The Operating Department has 2 main operating suites and 1 endoscopy suite that cater to general surgeries including laparoscopies, ophthalmic, endoscopies, dental restoration, and emergency surgeries, as well as a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (Recovery Room).
